We're excited to share that our new five-year Strategic Plan is officially here after multiple voices worked together to create it!

A True Community Effort

This plan didn't come from one person or top-down initiative. In fact, it came from our families, staff, and community members. Twenty-five stakeholders from across our district and community worked together through planning sessions and public vetting sessions to set our direction for the next five years. Your input, your ideas, and your vision for our students' future are woven throughout this plan.

What It Means: Our New Direction

Together, we've defined who we are and where we're going:

Our Mission (our WHY): Unlock Potential. Unite Community. Shape Tomorrow. This is the heartbeat of everything we do from supporting all students, staff members, and families within the allocation of resources, every lesson taught, and each decision made.

Our Vision: Empower. Contribute. Thrive. This is what success looks like for every student, staff member, and family in CCSD1.
