Before- and after-school programs include SWAG, Breakfast Club, and After the Bell Club. Summer programs include STEAM Camp, Summer School, Extended School Year (ESY), and Credit Recovery/Course Completion for DHS.
The first day of before- and after-school programming is Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
All students must be enrolled by a parent/guardian each year for each program, even if school staff have recommended that they participate.
If you enroll your child in a program now and later decide to enroll them in another program, you can complete the enrollment form again for the additional program.

We have been informed by the City of Douglas that next week various slurry seal projects will be taking place within our community. Due to the nature of the projects various bus stops and routes may be impacted based on the project schedule.

At approximately 9:05 AM, Douglas Primary School and Douglas High School went into "Secure" as a precautionary measure due to suspicious activity near school grounds. Both campuses continue to practice the Secure protocol.

Our phone service provider has informed us that they are currently experiencing service issues that are impacting phone systems throughout our area. Their technical teams are actively working to identify and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
The provider has advised us that they will notify the District as soon as service has been restored. Until that time, our schools will continue to experience phone service disruptions.
