On September 6, 2025, Douglas High School proudly hosted the Alumni Hall of Fame Induction & Silent Auction at the Rec Center Main Gym. This special event honored outstanding DHS alumni whose lives and careers exemplify excellence in service, leadership, and achievement.

👏 Lucile (Bradshaw) Taylor, Class of 1963 – A lifelong public servant and former Converse County Clerk, Lucile’s dedication has shaped our community for over five decades.
👏 Gary Shatto, Class of 1970 – A respected pharmacist and community leader, Gary’s legacy includes decades of service through Frontier Drug and numerous civic contributions.
👏 Dr. Tanisha (Shatto) Dexter, Class of 1998 – A compassionate pharmacist and advocate for community health, Tanisha continues her family’s tradition of care and excellence.
👏 Tom Lindmier, Class of 1970 – A historian and preservationist, Tom’s work has safeguarded Wyoming’s heritage for future generations.
🎤 The event featured a keynote address by U.S. Representative Harriet Hageman, and heartfelt remarks from DHS National Honor Society leaders Maddie Brace and Yaretzi Oria.

The safety and security of our students is our top priority.
